0145(1) Multiple hazards were observed in the playground area, as well as pieces of trash. 0145(11) The gate on the side of the house leading to a storage area must be locked and not able to be opened by children. 0145(8) The gap on the ground between the concrete and the metal fence needs to be filled in. The gap between the wooden fence and the metal fence also needs to be filled in to be less than 3 1/2 inches wide.
